Thanks to Joe Dunn for providing his own coordinate conversion of this dataset. I've uploaded my own (pubic domain) version of the current dataset where the the HARN 83 state plane coordinates are converted to WGS84 Latitude/Longitude: http://www.opengeocode.org/cude/civicapps/civicapps.crime_incident_data_2011.csv
