I've downloaded the dataset, but it appears to have only city of Portland street trees, not the counties listed. Is this an error in the description or an error in the dataset (or an error in my understanding of what this is supposed to be)?

the data set is incomplete even in the city of Portland.

Just for fun, mapped the data for persimmon trees. It appears they are ALLLL on the east side. That can't be true, can it?
