Include a web interface on the City's site for the current Citizen Report iPhone app.
The dashboard could show a graphical summary of all the iPhone tickets coming in, which are open and which are closed, as well as indicate which tickets were entered from iPhones and which from the website. It could show how many people want it fixed, how long it's been open, how many views by other citizens, the physical address, and when it was last updated. Maybe include a map showing where the potholes and graffiti are? Open tickets could be indicated with red bubbles, with closed tickets changing to blue.
